Inside the packaging you’ll find just the case. While ONGUARD doesn’t include a screen shield they do sell them. I actually reviewed a set of them here. You can browse through all of ONGUARD’s screen protectors here.
Here’s what ONGUARD has to say about the ONGUARD Urban Zen Case.
- A textured wooden cover
- Offers multi-layered protection through a shock absorbing TPU liner and a hard polycarbonate shell
- Raised front edge for added screen protection
- Slim, compact snap-on case with a perfect fit
- Allows for quick and easy access to all iPhone features
The ONGUARD Urban Zen Case for iPhone 5 is offered in two different wood finishes. You can choose from either Birch or Wenge.
The case itself is a hybrid design which consists of two pieces. A soft inner TPU layer which is glossy and a hard exterior plastic shell which offers the wood textured finish.
To install the case place the soft layer on to your phone first then snap the plastic layer over it. While placing the case on your phone is easy getting it off is another story. The case is tight fitting and it can be a challenge, albeit not impossible, to get it off.
Once installed the case leaves full access to all of the iPhone 5’s ports and controls.
There is plenty of lay on the table protection thanks to the lip of the case which comes up on to the glass screen of the iPhone.
