After a lot of confusion over the last few days in the UK over when existing customers would be getting the Nano sim required by the iPhone 5 I finally got one in my local O2 store.
On the O2 blog it was stated that they are available from today (17th Sept) to pickup. However, when I tried what resulted was a failed attempt where I was told by a manager that they didn’t have any in stock or know when they would be getting them in.
So I phoned another store within 5 miles and they had them in stock. I grabbed one after work with no problems.
I’m now ready to go and do a sim swap myself and I should be good to put it straight in my new iPhone 5.
