Review: Racer GT Case for the iPhone 4/4S

Inspired by the legendary racing cars, the Racer GT Collection recalls the signature colors of the GT Sport models. The shape of this collection, it’s elegant line of the bodywork, shininess and colors give your iPhone a stylish look. The Racer GT Collection is a back cover, two-piece case, that features a removable bottom to slide off for quick docking.

Continue to read on for my full review.

Cracking the package open you have the case which comes in 6 different colors, white being one which I am reviewing; also you have a couple of goodies that consist of a screen shield and a micro fiber cloth which is always great to have.

The case comes in 2 pieces.  It has a soft material on the inside which makes it easy to slide your phone in and out of the case with no problems. Once the phone is in all you do is click the bottom part on and you are ready to go.

The bottom of the case is fully exposed, but oddly enough it is not dock-able because of the thickness and to dock this you ether have to use the cord itself or remove the bottom part of the case and leave the top part of the case on.

The left side of the case has everything exposed this is great because it can be used with both iPhone 4 and 4S versions.

The top part of the case has a cut-out for the sleep/awake button and a cut-out for the headphone jack and secondary microphone so you shouldn’t have any issue’s with different headphone styles.

The case has some ups and downs.  I scratches easy because it’s glossy and I don’t like the fact you have to remove the bottom to dock it; I prefer the to leave my case fully on when charging though this might not bother some people.

If you wanna check out this case and other cases that More-Things has available go to the website provided and check them out.

MSRP: $32.90

PROS: Stylish, Slider Case, Compatible with both iPhone 4 & 4S, Does not bubble Screen protectors, Comes with goodies.

CONS: Cannot use a dock, Scratches Easy, Slippery feeling, More for style then protection.

I'm a g33k, or a n3rd whatever you want to call me because that is where my nickname comes from "neek" kind of a nerd + geek combination. I love handling electronics and technology, learning new things and helping others with tutorials with my YouTube video's. I like playing games but I don't consider myself a "fangirl" of any system/game because I own all console's (PS3, and Xbox 360), but out of all character's I still love my Mario games!
