As Matt reported yesterday the web site JailbreakMe.com has emerged with a Jailbreak for iOS devices that’s done online via the user’s device right from the web browser. Having used the original version of this Jailbreak method I can say it’s easily the simplest Jailbreak you’ll ever do. You can go from a fully locked down iOS device to one that’s jailbroken in about 5 minutes without ever plugging into a computer. It doesn’t get any easier than that.
JailbreakMe works on pretty much every iOS device, ones running up to and including 4.3.3 – even the iPad 2.
