If you’re not using a Jailbroken iOS device Pimp Your Screen is a great application for customizing the look of your device’s home screen. You can choose different backgrounds, shelves, icon skins and much more to create a totally unique look for your device. Up until now when using the app you could only choose from one of the preinstalled wallpapers to use as a background. However, that’s now changed with the latest update. Pimp Your Screen now allows you to choose from any image and use it as a background – this includes images on your camera roll or ones in your photo library.
The overall usability of the app has been improved with the multitasking support. Users can now quit the app and return to the exact same place they left it last time. The updated version also has sharing possibilities: any background or customized wallpaper can be shared on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, or emailed.
