A new browser has been spotted in the iTunes App Store and it uses cloud-based Flash! However, if you simply look at the app’s icon you might think it’s just a kids game but it’s not. Currently, iSwifter does more than what most browsers have been able to do since the introduction of the first iPad. Of course my interest in the app is the ability to watch YouTube video as well as Hulu (yes it works… for now). I found it useful but at he moment it only works in landscape mode, has no bookmarks or a way set up your own home page. It works pretty well but is a little laggy at times during searching, normal browsing and buffering during some videos. However, considering there is no other browser offering an in-window flash experience, I say give it a try. The app is currently free, but could be priced at .99 cents in the near future.
At the moment they are asking for donations in the app with 100% of the money raised being donated to aid the people of Japan.
You can get more information about the app here.
Head on in after the break for some screen shots.
